Winner of Big Brother Naija (Season four), Mercy Eke, has debunked the news of her involving in a fight with singer, Innocent Udofot, aka MC Galaxy as false.
It will be recalled that was reported that went to Akwa Ibom State for a political event she and a fellow ex-BBN contestant, Princesswas invited by MC Galaxy.
It was said that they had accompanied MC galaxy to the state to endorse a former governor of the state and current Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Godswill Akpabio, on his announcement to contest the 2023 presidency.
Akpabio was said to have ignored them at the event. It was said that MC Galaxy had met with Akpabio who allegedly gave the trio just N1m to share.
This annoyed Eke and she reportedly quarrelled with MC Galaxy for pulling her to attend the event.
However, Mercy Eke has replied to the news as she said, “There was no such event, so I don’t know where the rumour is coming from. That is the only thing I want to say on this. Nothing like that happened between me and anybody.”
“Timi Dakolo was there and we were all happy. I don’t know who is spreading this false news,” according to Sunday Scoop.
