Nigeria’s Flamingos have secured their place in the final qualifying round of the 2025 U-17 Women’s World Cup qualifiers, where they will face Algeria.
The Flamingos advanced after a dominant 5-1 aggregate victory over South Africa’s Bantwana.
Meanwhile, Algeria booked their spot by defeating Botswana 5-2 on aggregate, sealing the deal with a commanding 4-0 win in the second leg.
With Morocco hosting the tournament, four additional teams from Africa will qualify to join them in the competition.
