Burna Boy Set To Headline World Biggest AfroBeats Festival 2023 In Nigeria

The Afro star giant, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogini known as Burna Boy is set to headline world’s biggest Afrobeats festival tagged AfroNation.

This was made known when the organizers of AfroNation announced the first headliner and more of its highly anticipated debut in Africa on 1st of October 2023.

The event which is a multi-day festival scheduled to hold on 19th and 20th of December in Nigeria, has seen stops in Portugal, Miami and Detroit throughout the year.

Returning to Africa this year, the show promises to be a celebration of culture and music as well as unity in which it defines the view of the host community, lagos, the cultural and entertainment powerhouse of West Africa.

Aside BurnaBoy, UK pioneering Afroswing Star J Hus is part of the line up to dominate the festival with the Nigerian superstar.

Burna Boy is well known for his energetic performance and this promises an unforgettable experience for fans and guests in Lagos who will attend the AfroNation festival.

With roots in Nigeria, BurnaBoy homecoming will be a major attraction and highlight of AfroNation Nigeria. Meanwhile, the Last Last crooner has now become the first-ever international Afrobeats artist to top the UK album chart with the release of his 7th studio album “I Told Them…” after emerging as a feature in the Official UK Afrobeats Chart since it’s inception in 2020.

The star-studded multi-day show also welcomes Nigerian talents, such as world-renowned Igbo singer Flavour, and neo fuji torch bearer Seyi Vibez, alongside the breakout Ghanaian Highlife rapper Black Sherif.

The event is set to attract thousands of fans around the world to the Tafawa Balewa Square in Lagos which serves as Nigerian unity.
