NFF Pays Ex Super Eagles’s Player Condolence Visit After Auto Crash

The leadership of the Nigeria Football Federation today paid a condolence visit to the Babangida family following the tragic accident that involved the two former Nigeria football Internationals Ibrahim Babangida and Tijani Babangida.

The fatal accident that occurred along the Zaria/Kaduna Expressway took the life of Ibrahim Babangida, who has since been buried according to Islamic rites.

The NFF President, Ibrahim Gusau led other members of the NFF board to sympathise with the family following the fatal crash and the tragic loss.

He was involved in a ghastly accident which claimed the lives of his brother, Ibrahim Babangida and his one year old son.

Tijani Babangida won good medal for Nigeria at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics while late Ibrahim Babangida won good at the 1993 FIFA U17 World Cup in Japan.

His wife lost his eyes while he is still in the hospital recuperating.
